Within our September INSET, we explored the idea of pausing learning time to provide opportunities for deliberate and intentional thinking, with the aim of moving children from surface to deep learning. Since then, we have had a focus of 'noticing' within these pauses. What noticing activities have you tried in your classroom? What has worked well...or not so well?
